• Brief over- the- counter consultations for appropriate and/or acute conditions for example colds, flu, hayfever. Full consultations with a Medical Herbalist may be suggested by the practitioner depending on the person's condition, for example people on numerous medications and/or people with chronic or complicated conditions (cancers, thyroid, autoimmune conditions, severe stress and insomnia, severe skin issues, male and female hormonal issues, arthritis, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia rheumatica and other inflammatory conditions, chronic fatigue, digestive issues and food sensitivities are just a few examples).
• Liquid herbal medicinal formulas prescribed and dispensed from our dispensary for each individual person. 
• Recommendation of specific nutrients or supplements where applicable.
